Stir-fried Soy Beans

200 grams of dried soybeans.

Soak in water for more than 12 hours.

Soak until the soybeans swell and drain.
4.
The soaked soybeans are laid flat to dry.

Dry until there is no moisture on the surface of the soybean.

Pour a little oil into the wok, add soybeans and stir fry over low heat.

Stir-fry until the skin of the soybeans is wrinkled and reduced to the size of dried soybeans. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt while it is hot, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. The fire must be kept low during the whole process, stir frying constantly, and be patient.
2. After the fried soybeans are allowed to cool, they will become crispy.
3. If it is not crispy, you can put it in the microwave for two minutes.
