Stir-fried Soy Noodles with Mixed Vegetables

Prepare ingredients: alkaline water noodles, onion, celery, garlic (leaves and roots separated), baby cabbage, carrots.

Boil water in a boiling pot, add alkaline water and boil until 9 minutes cooked, remove cold water, and drain the water.

Saute the onions in a frying pan until fragrant.
4.
Add celery, carrots, and garlic root and stir fry for a while.
5.
Drain the water in the alkaline water noodles, and stir-fry baby cabbage and garlic leaves until they are broken.
6.
Add salt, light soy sauce, soy sauce, seasoning and toning.
7.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Soda noodles are more chewy than normal fried noodles. If there is sesame sauce, it is a perfect match.
