Stir-fried Spicy Clams

Wash the razor razor and soak it in salt water for about 2 hours to let the razor spit out of the mud

Garlic, peeled and sliced

Put the oil in the wok and sauté the garlic
4.
Pour the razor clams and stir well
5.
Add chili sauce and fish sauce and stir-fry well
6.
Fry the razor clams until they are open
7.
Serve on a plate
