Stir-fried String Beans

Tear off the tendons of the kidney beans, chop them into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Peel and finely slice the garlic.

Heat the pan, add a little soybean oil, and stir-fry the green beans.

Stir-fry the green beans until soft and wrinkled on the skin. Hold them for later use.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic diced.

Add Pixian Douban and stir-fry the red oil.
7.
Pour in green beans, add pepper, and stir well.
8.
Adjust the flavor and pour it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. The cooking time should not be too short, and the kidney beans should be cooked thoroughly, otherwise poisoning will occur.
2. The watercress is very salty, no additional salt is added.
