Stir-fried String Beans

These are all ingredients, prepare in advance

Prepare dishes: pinch the head and tail of the string beans, remove the tendon, break into the long section; mince the meat filling, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the dried chili into sections

Stir-fried beans: In a cold pan with cold oil, put in the green beans and stir-fry slowly until the surface of the green beans is wrinkled and served.

Stir-fry meat: Heat oil again, add green onion and ginger on medium heat, stir fry until slightly browned, add pepper, dried chili and cooking wine

Stir-fry: Add string beans, add teriyaki sauce and vine pepper sauce, stir-fry on high heat until all the ingredients are colored, turn off the heat and bring out the pot
Tips:
1. The beans must be cleaned and the bean tendons must be removed, otherwise it will affect the taste and it will be awkward to eat.
2. You don't need too much meat, just follow the ratio of beans to meat 10:1, or you can chop it yourself.
3. All the ingredients must be stir-fried until slightly browned to have a dry taste. Add some pepper to the paste.
