Stir-fried String Beans with Fresh Mushrooms and Color Peppers

Pick and wash the kidney beans.

Wash the fresh mushrooms, remove the stalks, and cut in half.

Remove the seeds and cut the colored pepper into small pieces. When my daughter made a bread pizza, half of the red pepper was left, so she cut them together.

Peel and slice garlic.

Heat up a frying pan and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Put the green beans and fry, add a small amount of water and boil until 7-8 minutes of ripeness, the color of the green beans changes to emerald green.

Add colored peppers and fresh mushrooms and stir well.

Add oyster sauce.

Stir and cook until the mushrooms are soft and the kidney beans are well cooked.
