Stir-fried String Beans with Minced Meat

Order food.

The ingredients are ready.

Pinch off the head and tail of the kidney beans, tear off the old tendons, and fold them in two. Wash the kidney beans in water. When the kidney beans are taken out, use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Mince the meat with cooking wine, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
