My favorite dish when I was young, simple, not time-consuming, and low-cost.

Stir-fried String Beans with Pork

1. I use boiled pork belly

2. String Beans

3. Wash clean

4. Minced pork belly

5. Green beans cut into small cubes

6. Chopped pepper tomatoes

7. Chopped garlic leaves

8. Heat the lard in a pot

9. Add diced pork belly

10. Then put the green beans, peppers and tomatoes in a pot and stir fry, stir-fry the green beans until cooked, add salt chicken essence and garlic leaves and continue to fry for half a minute

11. When it’s done, it’s better to mix with rice.
