Cut the sweet potato into three-finger long strips.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to 50% heat, and add the sweet potato strips.

Fry until golden and remove the oil control.

Wash the long beans to control the water, cut into three-finger sections, fry them in the oil until the outer skin becomes wrinkled, and remove the oil control.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, (just a little bit), stir-fry the ginger garlic, Chinese pepper, and dried red pepper until fragrant.
6.
Put the fried sweet potatoes and long beans into the stir fry a few times.
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of barbecue ingredients.
8.
Stir and turn off the heat and serve.
