Stir-fried Sweet Potato Leaves

Remove the old leaves from the sweet potato leaves, wash them, and chop the garlic

Heat the pan, add peanut oil to heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant
3.
Add sweet potato leaves and stir-fry on high heat

Stir-fry evenly. Season with salt
5.
Just add salt and stir fry for a minute
6.
Plate.
