Stir-fried Sweet Potato Leaves with Garlic

Prepare the ingredients: Pick the sweet potato leaves and clean them for later use.

Peel a few cloves of garlic and cut into the ends for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and stir fragrant.
