Stir-fried Sword Bean Shreds

Prepare the raw materials: tear off the tendons on both sides of the beans; cut the carrot into filaments; press and cut the garlic into strips;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil, add the beans and cook for a while until they are seven or eight ripe;

Take out the boiled sword beans and take a shower;

Cut the boiled sword beans into filaments;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic cloves and stir fry;

Stir fry for the aroma, add the bean paste and stir fry together;

Add the carrot shreds and stir fry together;

Stir-fry until the carrot shreds are slightly soft, then pour in the shredded beans;

Stir fry together and add a small amount of salt to taste;

Tips:
1. When you boil the water, you must first tear off both sides of the ribs and insert the whole root to avoid nutrient loss. After cooking, cut into filaments;
2. Add a bit of salt and a few drops of oil when boiling the water to keep the beans green; after cooking, remove the cold water to make the beans crispy;
3. Cook beans for a longer time to shorten the time of frying. It is necessary to know that beans will be poisonous if they are not fried;
4. When frying, first stir fragrant garlic cloves, add bean paste and stir fry, then add carrot shreds and stir-fry until slightly soft, finally add shredded sword beans and stir fry together;
5. Remember to add less salt when seasoning, because the bean paste is already salty.
