Stir-fried Sword Beans with Chopped Pepper

Wash dried sword beans and soak in water overnight

Heat up the oil pan, pour the drained sword beans, fry a few times, until evenly heated
3.
Add appropriate amount of water
4.
Cover the pot and simmer until the juice is collected
5.
Add appropriate amount of chopped pepper
6.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. Dried vegetables should be soaked first, preferably overnight.
2. If you like a bit crisper and stronger taste, you don't need to cook it again!
3. Dried vegetables generally contain salt, and chopped peppers also contain salt. You don't need to add additional salt when cooking!
