Stir-fried Tender Pumpkin

Peel the tender pumpkin and remove the flesh. First slice, then cut into strips.

Heat the pan with cold oil. After the oil has heated up, stir-fry the meat and change its color.

Add the pumpkin and stir fry. Stir-fry until soft, add chopped green onion, and season with salt. You can serve it out of the pot.
Tips:
The tender squash is very soft and easy to peel. I use potato scratchers.
For the light taste, I didn't put any other seasonings except salt. You can put chili peppers, pepper noodles and so on as you like.
