Stir-fried Tender Pumpkin Shreds

Wash and shred tender pumpkin. (I use a grater to plan it.)

Slice the green onion and garlic, cut the millet pepper into circles, and set aside the pepper.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the onion, garlic, pepper, millet and pepper until fragrant.
4.
Stir in tender pumpkin shreds and stir-fry until broken, add salt to the pot.

1. Stir-fry quickly throughout the process.
2. You can also add chicken essence and other favorite seasonings.
