Stir-fried Thousands of Cabbage Shreds

1. Ingredients: Thousand sheets, cabbage, chili, garlic.

2. Wash and shred red pepper, peel and smash garlic, wash and cut green onion.

3. Wash and shred the cabbage and the thousand sheets separately.

4. Qian Zhang was blanched in a pot of boiling water.

5. Pick up and drain.

6. Heat up a frying pan and add the minced garlic until fragrant.

7. Pour in shredded cabbage and stir fry.

8. Add the shredded chili and stir well.

9. Pour a thousand sheets of silk and scatter it with chopsticks.

10. Add a little water and stir fry, the purpose is to make the vegetables evenly heated, and the taste is not dry.

11. Add oyster sauce.

12. Add salt and chicken powder.

13. Add a little sesame oil.

14. Sprinkle the green onions and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

It is more convenient to use chopsticks instead of spatula to fry the shreds by blanching the water. You can also directly pick up the pan and toss.
