Stir-fried Tofu with Canola

Wash the ingredients

Cut the rapeseed into sections, tear the red pepper into pieces, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic

Boil a pot with water, add a little salt, add the rapeseed and blanch for about 1 minute, remove it and let it cool in cold water, remove and drain

Add tofu soak and blanch, remove
5.
Add oil to the pan and heat it up, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté fragrant, add red pepper and stir fry until the color changes

Add tofu bubble

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry evenly with salt

Don't blanch the rapeseed for too long
