Stir-fried Tofu with Carrots and Celery

Cut carrot and celery cores into sections separately

Deep-fried tofu cut into strips
3.
Pour oil in the wok, stir the chopped green onions, then add carrots and stir fry
4.
When the carrots are sautéed, add the celery cores and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until it is broken, then add fried tofu
6.
Extra flavour soy sauce
7.
Add a little salt and stir quickly evenly.
Tips:
Celery cores are very tender and easy to cook, and can be added later.
