Stir-fried Tofu with Green Pepper

Wash the tofu and cut into slices

Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces, and cut the green pepper, ginger, and garlic into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot and heat it to 60%. Put the tofu in and fry until golden on both sides, then transfer it out and put it on the plate.

The remaining oil can be used for frying ingredients. Add Pixian Douban and stir-fry the Douban. Then add the fried tofu, green peppers and garlic sprouts, stir fry over high heat, put oyster sauce (oyster sauce for freshness, or light soy sauce), and a little salt.

Tips:
When frying the tofu, you can fry for a while, the outside is burnt and the inside is tender.
