Stir-fried Tofu with Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and slice them for later use.

Cut garlic and red pepper into small pieces for later use.

Heat the frying pan and pour in corn oil, pour in tofu and fry until brownish.

Leave the bottom oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the red peppers and mushrooms over high heat.
5.
Add light soy sauce.
6.
Add tofu and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add boiling water and simmer for a while.

Add a pinch of salt.
