Loofah Stir-fried Tofu

Fry the medium tofu in the pan until both sides are yellowish, remove and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and pour the loofah over high heat and stir-fry until it is ripe.
3.
Pour in the tofu and continue to stir evenly. Stir gently to mix.
4.
Add a pinch of salt and fry evenly
5.
Pour in boiling water and cook for one minute.
6.
Serve, complete
