Tomato Sauce Tofu

Bring the water to a boil, add some salt, and blanch the corn and green beans in the heat for ten seconds.

Cut tofu into thick slices.

Add oil to the pan and fry slowly over medium and small heat.

Fry them to golden brown on both sides.

Pour out all the oil in the pot, add tomato sauce, and sauté until fragrant with oyster sauce over low heat.

Add the fried tofu.

Stir-fry evenly with a little water and sugar and bring to a boil.

Tips:
For frying tofu, don’t turn it over randomly, wait until the bottom is completely fried to a hard crust and then turn it over. This will not stick to the pan or break easily.
