Stir-fried Tofu with Shrimp Skin

1. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic. Cut the tofu into cubes for later use.

2. Pour oil into the wok, then add shredded ginger and green onion. Stir fry and add shrimp skins.

3. Pour in the sliced tofu cubes. Continue to stir fry.
