Stir-fried Tofu with Soy Sauce

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Pour clean water into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and blanch the tofu.

Remove and drain the water.

Dice the green and red pepper, wash the fungus, tear off small pieces, and blanch in a pot of boiling water for later use. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Sprinkle the drained tofu with an appropriate amount of dried starch and stir evenly so that each piece of tofu is evenly coated with starch.

Fry into a 60% hot oil pan until the surface is golden and crisp, remove the oil.

Add the green and red peppers to the frying pan to quickly pass the oil for 5-6 seconds and drain the oil for later use.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a small bowl of water to boil.
10.
Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.
11.
Add fungus, tofu, green and red pepper and stir fry quickly.
12.
Encapsulate the tofu with the gorgon juice.
