Stir-fried Tripe with Green Pepper and Garlic Seedlings

The cooked tripe bought from the vegetable farm, come back and cut into strips, green peppers and garlic sprouts are shredded for use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger, garlic sprouts and stir fry

Pour the green peppers one by one, and stir fry the garlic sprouts over high heat.

Pour in the tripe and stir-fry for a while, add salt, light soy sauce, and pepper, and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
