Stir-fried Twice-cooked Pork with Dried Bamboo Shoots

1. Picking bamboo shoots

2. Peel the skin of the bamboo shoots

3. Add water to the pot

4. Put in the bamboo shoots after boiling the water

5. Cook for about 10 minutes

6. Scoop out the bamboo shoots

7. Peel the bamboo shoots and divide into halves for easy drying

8. Put a dustpan to dry

10. Take 50 grams of dried bamboo shoots and put them in a bowl, soak in water for 24 hours

11. Wash after soaking

12. Cut into 3 cm long pieces

13. Cut 3 slices of ginger

15. After cooking, remove the pork belly and put it in a bowl, add water to cool for 3 minutes

24. Finally put in shallots

Tips:

When adding salt, you can put a little bit less because the bean paste is saltier
