I was at home alone, thinking about how to solve the problem for lunch. I opened the refrigerator and there was just a bag of udon noodles that had been stored for several days. Cut some lean meat and stir-fry with some vegetables. It was simple and delicious!

Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Lean Meat and Oyster Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the cabbage, chop the stalks and leaves separately, remove the dried onion and wash and cut into pieces

3. Heat up a pan, add a proper amount of oil, pour in the cut lean meat and stir-fry for a while

4. Add shallots and vegetable stems and stir fry for a while

5. Pour soy sauce

6. Add oyster sauce

7. Cut the package, pour out the udon noodles, rinse with water, drain the water, and put it in the wok

8. Pick up the pan and toss the ingredients evenly

9. Add chicken powder and a little sugar

10. Add the cabbage leaves

11. Stir-fry and shovel up

Tips:

Put the vegetable leaves in the pan and stir well and you can get the pan. Udon should not be fried for too long, it will be rotten after being fried for a long time, and the pan will become sticky.
