Stir-fried Udon with Lean Pork and Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: Udon noodles

Lean Pork

Pickled vegetables

Add some cooking wine and blending oil to the lean pork shreds, mix well, and set aside.

Wash the pickled vegetables out and squeeze out the water.

Place on the chopping board and chop, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the lean pork shreds and stir fry.

Then, stir-fry the udon noodles and the sliced pickled vegetables, and add the right amount of chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry and serve.
