There was half a piece of winter melon left in the refrigerator. The ingredients were collected on the spot, and a small dish of vegetable flavour was made directly with the vegetable cubes. It was quite delicious. It is an ideal health food for mothers-in-laws.

Stir-fried Vegetable Cubes with Winter Melon

1. A small half piece of winter melon sliced, a pack of quick-frozen vegetable diced pieces.

2. Blanch the vegetable cubes with water, then remove and drain after blanching.

3. Put oil in the pot, add the green onion and fry until fragrant, then add the winter melon slices and stir fry (winter melon may not be cooked well in the later stage, you can also blanch the water in the early stage, but don't blanch it for too long).

4. Then pour in the vegetable pieces and stir fry together. You can add some water here to prevent the vegetable pieces from drying out.

5. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce for freshness.

6. Season with a little salt.

7. Stir fry a few times and it will be out of the pot.

Tips:

If the winter melon is blanched, it can not be blanched for too long; there is no need to put too many other seasonings, oyster sauce and salt are enough; in the process of frying, you can put an appropriate amount of water to prevent the green beans and corn kernels from being fried.
