Stir-fried Vegetables
1.
Tear small strips of Coprinus comatus by hand. (It is said that it tastes better when it is torn out.)

Peel the carrots and cut into small strips.
3.
Cut the green and red pepper seeds into small strips.
4.
Rinse the baby corn with water.
5.
Mince garlic.
6.
Heat up the oil pan, sauté the minced garlic, sauté the carrots and soften.
7.
Pour in coprinus comatus, green and red peppers and baby corn and stir-fry.
8.
Pour in oyster sauce.
9.
Stir-fry until the Coprinus comatus becomes soft and the water starts to flow a little.
10.
Simple fast hand dishes.
