Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

1. After washing the shiitake mushrooms, remove the roots and slice them

2. Cut shallots into sections

3. Pour cooking oil into the pot, add shallots and sauté.

4. Add shiitake mushroom slices

5. Add mixed vegetables

6. Stir fry until cooked

7. Add oyster sauce

8. Add water starch to thicken

9. Boil until it is transparent and thick and ready to be served!

A very simple dish, try it!
