Stir-fried Vegetarian Pork
1.
Soak the vegetarian shredded pork in boiling water for 3 minutes until it feels fluffy. Cut carrots and green peppers into shreds, cut ginger and garlic into granules, and cut chives into sections.
2.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, add the shredded carrots and green peppers, stir-fry for a while and set aside (you can put a little salt to taste).
3.
Put oil in a pot and cook until 30% hot. Nowadays, minced ginger, garlic and bean paste are fragrant.
4.
Add the vegetarian shredded pork and stir-fry quickly evenly. Add salt and a small amount of sugar according to the taste (subject to the lack of sweetness).
5.
Let’s talk about the carrot shreds and green pepper shreds that have been stir-fried just now.
6.
Add monosodium glutamate and green onion, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and start the pot, you're done!
Tips:
A little suggestion:
1: Vegetarian shredded pork can also be made with cold water, but it takes a longer time.
2: The prepared shredded pork is slightly fried with oil to golden brown and then fried is better than directly fried. This time I did not do this because of the time limit.
3: If you eat more spicy food, you can add some dried chili festivals (I have added...), which is also very tasty. Spicy people should like it more.
4: Carrot shreds and green pepper shreds should not be stir-fried for a long time, and it is better to keep the crispy taste.
