Stir-fried Vermicelli with Bacon and Cabbage

Wash the bacon, shred it, and soak in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove some saltiness. Remove and drain.

Soak the vermicelli with boiling water in advance, drain the water, and set aside.

Wash the cabbage, remove the roots, and cut into fine strips.

Pour oil in the pot, heat it up, pour shredded bacon and stir fry.

Add a teaspoon of oily tempeh and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the cabbage and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft, add the soaked vermicelli, and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly with a little soy sauce.
9.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
The method of oily tempeh: finely chop tempeh, mince ginger, put in cold oil, simmer on low heat to get the fragrance, add pepper powder, and mix well.
