Stir-fried vermicelli with minced meat and bean sprouts is a very common home-cooked dish. Stir-fried Vermicelli with Minced Meat and Bean Sprouts

1. Soak the vermicelli in hot water, mince garlic, and cut red pepper into sections

Tips:

3. Light soy sauce and bean paste are already relatively salty, so be careful when adding salt.
