Stir-fried Water Chestnut Fungus

1. 300g of water chestnuts without peeling and washing

2. Peel and wash with a knife.

3. The washed water chestnuts are boiled in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute, removed and let cool, and cut into slices with tools.
