Stir-fried White Scallops with Black Soy Pepper

Wash the white shells, drain and set aside, cut sharp pepper rings, mash the tempeh and garlic.

Saute the pepper rings and minced black bean garlic in a pot.

Pour the white scallops and stir-fry, add a little water, cover the pot and cook for a while.

Open the lid and stir-fry for a while. When you see that the white shells are all opened, put a little salt, wine, beaten starch and stir-fry on a plate.
