Stir-fried White Shrimp with Scallion Oil

Raw material diagram. Slice ginger and garlic, and cut a section of green onion into sections.

Put oil in the pan, split the two pieces of green onions, put them in and fry them slowly. The scallion oil must be burnt to have a strong smell.

Remove the green onions to control the oil, throw them away, wash and drain the shrimps, put them in the fire and fry them to turn white. Remove and repeat the fry. Remove and drain the oil for later use.

Pour out all the oil in the pot, and the oil on the pot is enough. Saute ginger garlic slices and green onions.

Add shrimp, a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

1. This small white shrimp can be eaten with its shell after being fried.
2. Any kind of river prawns cooked in this way are delicious!
3. The shrimp itself is already very delicious, so the method should be as simple as possible. Only steamed fish soy sauce is enough.
