Stir-fried Winter Melon with Soy Sauce

Peel and slice winter melon, and cut green onion into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, and then pour a spoonful of soybean paste and saute until fragrant.

Add winter melon.

Cover and stew after mixing well.

The winter melon is soft and ripe. Put salt, mix well and turn off the heat.
