I have eaten a little more for breakfast, and my heart is full of guilt now. I will cook a vegetable stir-fry at noon to get rid of the greasiness. Although it is said to be stir-fried, there is no oily water at all! The bitter gourd is still fresh and refreshing, and the zucchini is also very tender. "

Stir-fried Zucchini and Bitter Gourd

1. Prepare bitter gourd and zucchini. Soak in soda water for half an hour to remove pesticides and astringency. Then rinse it off with water.

2. First remove the bitter gourd and cut it in half from the middle. Then cut it in half.

3. Remove the core in the middle and use a knife to cut into evenly thin slices of bitter gourd, about 5 mm or so.

4. The zucchini is also sliced into thin slices, but there is no need to core.

5. Pour water into the pot without boiling, just pour in the bitter gourd slices and zucchini slices, and cook for five or six minutes to change the color.

6. Pour water starch, add salt and other seasonings according to the individual. Stir fry a few times to make the seasoning even.

7. Out of the pot.

8. Finished product.

Tips:

I didn't add oil when I made it. If I add some oil, the bitter gourd will look brighter.
