Stir-fry with Chinese Wolfberry and Celery Shredded Chicken

Cut the celery into thin strips, and cut the chicken breast into thin filaments about the same as the celery. Soak dried wolfberry in water.

Take a small bowl of starch, baking soda and pepper. Pour the shredded chicken and grab it with your hands. This will make the chicken shreds tender and smooth.

Boil a pot of boiling water and blanch the shredded chicken in water. When blanching, use chopsticks to stir apart the sticky chicken shreds. Remove the chicken shreds 8 when they are mature and set aside.

Heat up the pot over high heat and pour in an appropriate amount of salad oil. When the oil is 80% hot, add celery and stir-fry until half cooked, then add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce. Continue to stir fry.

When the celery is fried to 8 mature, pour in the shredded chicken and stir-fry together. Just add wolfberry, salt and MSG before serving.

The celery is fresh and light, and the chicken shreds are tender and smooth. Hurry up and eat.
