Strange Taste Black Sesame Nougat
1.
First prepare all kinds of materials. I use baking paper to cover the iron box, so that it can be easily demoulded and sprinkled with black sesame seeds on the side that makes the strange flavor. The original flavor is not sprinkled, which is a good difference. After all, to make nougat once, you still have to let the baby and parents eat it. It can’t just be the weird taste that I like to eat.
2.
Melt the butter in the pan and let the heat go down.
3.
After the butter has melted, put the marshmallows in, and be sure to keep stirring them. The marshmallows I bought are too big. It is recommended to buy smaller ones, which will melt faster.
4.
After the marshmallows have melted, turn off the heat, then pour in the milk powder and stir.
5.
Pour in the peanuts and nuts and turn them evenly, scoop out half of the box first, pour the remaining half into the tuned strange seasoning, and stir evenly.
6.
After serving, the color is original nougat, and I sprinkled black sesame for the strange flavor. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
7.
After taking it out of the refrigerator, remove the baking paper, pour it on a white board and cut it as you like.
8.
Two flavors.
9.
Bagging: The original red bag I use, and the funny smiley face I use to distinguish the difference in taste.
10.
The finished product can be given away!
Tips:
1. After the marshmallow is poured, it must be stirred continuously and heated evenly.
2. Turn off the heat when you pour the powdered milk to avoid sugar paste. If the mixing time is too late, you can start the fire again to melt the sugar before mixing the peanuts.
3. I use the microwave oven to heat the cooked peanuts for one minute, turn it over, and then heat it for another minute. It will basically be cooked in three minutes, then rub the skin off and break it into pieces.
4. It is recommended to seal it with a sugar paper bag after cutting it to avoid melting the nougat.
