4. Soak the gelatine slices in cold water for 5-10 minutes until softened (this step needs to be prepared in advance). 8. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula to completely mix the whipped cream and strawberry custard, and pour the mixed liquid back into the large bowl again

9. Stir again and mix evenly to become strawberry baba paste. Tips:

1. When heating the egg-milk mixture in step 5, use a rubber spatula to constantly stir, especially at the bottom of the bowl, so as to avoid lumps and particles in uneven heating;
