Strawberry Biscuits

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and beat evenly; add egg liquid in portions, and beat evenly each time; sift in low-gluten flour, cut and mix evenly with a spatula

Divide the dough into two parts, add red coloring to one part, and blue (or green) coloring to the other part, knead well; place them on the chopping board and roll them into thin slices (the thickness can be according to your preference)

Then use the strawberry biscuit mold to cut out the complete pattern of the strawberry on the red dough and put it on the baking tray

After the red strawberries are all done, place the strawberry mold on the blue dough and cut out the complete pattern of the strawberry. Then cut off the top leaf part of the blue strawberry with a knife, put it on the top leaf part of the red strawberry biscuit, and cover it.

Preheat the oven at 150 degrees, 15-20 minutes, let cool and melt some white chocolate, put it into a piping bag, cut a small mouth, squeeze it on the hole of the strawberry seeds and dry it.
Tips:
1. All colored biscuits must be baked at low temperature to keep the color from yellowing;
2. In addition to strawberry molds, there are many molds that you can try to collage. You can try it yourself.
