Strawberry Blueberry Jam

Fill the bottle twice with blueberries and strawberries

Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces

Put it in the pot, add the right amount of water and sugar/honey

Turn on high heat and cook for about 10 minutes

While waiting, cut the lemon into half and squeeze out the lemon juice from that half

Pour into the pot

Cook over high heat until it feels sticky

Pour the jam jar (to be sterilized, boil on high heat), then put it in water and cook for ten minutes.

It can be stored for two months if you wait an hour and put it in the refrigerator (if it is opened), it can be stored for six months if it is left unopened.
