Strawberry Cake Roll

Separate egg white and egg yolk, add corn oil, sugar, milk, low powder to egg yolk.

Mix well and set aside.

Add sugar to the egg whites.

Use an electric egg beater to make a large hook in advance.

Take one-third of the beaten egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

Mix the cake batter into the egg white and continue to mix evenly.

Mix the cake batter.

Cover a 28 cm square baking pan with greased paper, pour in the cake batter and flatten out, shake out bubbles, preheat the oven in advance and bake at 150° for 20 minutes.

Out of the oven and demoulding.

Let cool and spread a layer of strawberry jam.

Roll up from one end.

Cut into small pieces and finish plated.
