Strawberry Castle Cake

Pour the final cake batter into the Barbie cake mold according to the 8-inch chiffon method.

Preheat the oven at 130°C for 30 minutes and turn to 150°C for 30 minutes. (The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven)

Wash the strawberries with light salt water, drain and cut in half.

Whip the whipped cream with caster sugar.
5.
Divide the cake into three slices, spread a layer of cream, and spread a layer of diced yellow peaches.

Do it in turn.
7.
Spread a layer of light cream on the surface.
8.
Place the half-cut strawberries at will.
9.
Use the piping nozzle to squeeze the pattern in the blank space.
