Strawberry Cheesecake

Add cream cheese to sugar and heat over water to make it smooth. (Normally, I would add another egg, but it can be added or not. Some people think it’s okay to eat raw eggs without adding them)

Beat 250 grams of strawberries into strawberry puree

Stir the strawberry puree and cream cheese liquid together

Add 20 grams of sugar to the whipped cream and beat it to 80%

Put the strawberry cheese paste into the whipped whipped cream and stir evenly, then add the fish gelatin soaked in advance, and stir evenly

Place a slice of chiffon cake on the bottom of the 8-inch mold, and line up half a strawberry around it, as shown in the picture

Then put the strawberry cheese liquid into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours (normal ice overnight), then you can decorate
