Strawberry Cream Cake Roll
1.
Weigh all materials ready. Put milk, corn oil, and 10 grams of sugar in a large bowl.
2.
The milk, corn oil, and sugar are beaten evenly by hand to separate the egg white and the yolk, and the egg yolk is added to the milk corn oil.
3.
Beat again evenly.
4.
Sift in low-gluten flour.
5.
Stir evenly without particles and set aside for later use.
6.
Start to beat the egg whites. Add a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg whites. Use an electric whisk to beat at high speed. Add 10 grams of sugar when the egg whites become large fisheye bubbles.
7.
Continue to beat at high speed until the egg whites are fine, and add 10 grams of sugar again when there are no big bubbles.
8.
Continue to beat at high speed. When the egg whites begin to have obvious lines, put the remaining 10 grams of sugar.
9.
Continue to whip the egg whites until wet foaming.
10.
Take about one-third of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste.
11.
Use a bottom-extracting J-shape to stir evenly (be careful not to stir in a circle, which will cause defoaming, you can preheat the oven at this time).
12.
Pour the mixed cake batter into the other two-thirds of the egg white.
13.
Also use the bottom pumping J-shape to stir evenly.
14.
Spread greased paper or silicone mat on the 28 gold pan, pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan, scrape the surface with a spatula, and shake it on the table a few times to produce large bubbles.
15.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance, add the cake batter and bake for 18 minutes.
16.
After baking, take out the front and let cool.
17.
Whip 220 grams of whipped cream with 22 grams of sugar.
18.
Trim the sides of the cake a little, and then spread the cream on the cake base.
19.
Roll it up with a rolling pin and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
20.
Then cut off both sides.
21.
Place the remaining whipped cream in a piping bag and squeeze it on top of the cake roll, and decorate with strawberries.

Tips:
1. The baking temperature is adjusted according to your own oven.
2. When cutting, it will look better if you roast the knife with fire and then cut it.
