Strawberry Crepes--fruit

Dice the strawberries and put the butter in a pot to dissolve;

Add strawberry, sugar and salt, cook for a while, add water starch (1 tbsp water and 1+1/2 tsp corn flour), stir until large bubbles are formed; reduce heat;

Add starch in two batches and mix well;

Open the bottom of the medium and small hot pot, dip a little vegetable oil on the bottom of the pot with kitchen paper, don't use too thick oil;

Tips:
When making the pie crust, we can make it according to our own preferences. If you want to be tough and chewy, put less butter or vegetable oil. If you want to be crispy, you should add more butter or baking ghee Shortering, but the wrapping is easy to break. It is also good to wrap the stuffing in a roll.
