Strawberry Daifuku

It can make 7 Daifu Main ingredients: 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, 40 grams of corn starch, 20 grams of salad oil, 240 grams of salad oil, and 240 grams of water. Ingredients: 210 grams of red bean paste, 7 strawberries, 7 cooked glutinous rice flour (hand flour).
Put all the ingredients in the main ingredients: 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, 40 grams of corn starch, 20 grams of salad oil, 240 grams of water, and put them in a large pot (this pot needs to be microwaveable)

Stir all the ingredients into a thin batter

Put it in the microwave and cook on medium-high heat, take it out and stir the batter once every minute at the beginning.

Over time, the batter will become more and more viscous.When the batter starts to appear translucent, it is changed to stirring every 30 seconds.

Finally, when all the batter is in a translucent state, it indicates that the dough has been cooked, and the total time is 4 minutes and 30 seconds. (It needs to be adjusted according to the power of each microwave oven at different times).
Remove from the microwave, stir the dough until the dough is completely cool, and the Daifuku dough is ready.
TIPS: Take a small piece of dough and taste it. There is no flour taste, the dough is fully cooked. If the time is not enough, you can increase the time in units of 30 seconds.

TIPS: There are two essentials for making Daifuku dough not sticky:
1. Stir the dough until it is thoroughly cooled to room temperature, and there should be no residual temperature.
2. Wear gloves during operation, don't pinch directly with your hands.
